my story

I believe there’s always another way.
That belief carried me through years of advising students, training faculty/staff, teaching, and developing programs. And for a long time, it worked. Until it didn’t.
At some point, the systems I once navigated with ease stopped making sense. I began to ask questions—not to disrupt, but to understand. Out of curiosity. Out of care. But the questions I saw as essential to the process were often met with discomfort or dismissal.
Not because they were wrong, but because they asked more than people were ready to give.
Eventually, I realized those questions weren’t just for others—they were for me.
Why are we doing it this way? Where's the evidence? What is the strategy? Why am I being asked to go along, rather than do the work? Why does this feel off? Why am I here?
This work now—my work—was born from those questions. From walking through misalignment. From pausing at turning points. From learning to move differently — from the inside out.
I’ve learned that when you choose integrity over applause, resonance over approval, and self-connection over self-correction, you begin to live authored, not just employed. Rooted, not just responsive. Alive in your way of being.
I’m here for the people who are looking for that.
If you're navigating work, transitions, decisions, or identity, I offer space for reflection, recognition, and recalibration. I support you in hearing what’s true for you — and making your next move from that place.
This isn’t about fixing. It’s about returning.
To what you know.
To what fits.
To what leads you forward—when you’re ready for another way.

'Talk to Trish' was popularized by former colleagues, making me a "go-to" for meaningful solutions, beginning with a conversation.
